As we move out of hibernation in our Hygge zones into lighter, brighter, sun-shining afternoons, let's look at ways you can engage your care home family in creating a spring themed environment.
Use your craft sessions to decorate some jam jars with white lace and yellow ribbons.
Involve residents in making small flower arrangements with daffodils or other spring flowers in the decorated jars
Decorate the tables with lemon and white tablecloths and napkins.
If possible use complimentary teapots and matching crockery to show off the new theme.
