Please vote for Bright Copper Kettles

We are back among those fighting for a place in the finals at the UK Blog Awards 2018.

The Bright Copper Kettles blog continues with the same aim, to inspire and inform Activity Coordinators who work with older people, including those living with dementia. The blog is an integral part of the website, which is marketed as The Activity Coordinators' Toolbox. It boasts some wonderful blog posts which will appeal to anyone with an interest in gerontology and how older people can be better supported to make the most out of life. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have attracted a wide variety of guest bloggers, including individuals living with dementia, people who support loved ones, Activity Coordinators and Care home managers who have shared their successful activities, offered tips and written about their work in general. I have also included guest blogs from people who have developed (or are in the process of developing) products which support care planning, activities designed for people with dementia, and even film producers. Spreading the word about how important 'activity' is for bio-psycho-social well-being, my blog is shared across social media and read by my followers around the world.

Please take a moment to vote for us. This year we are hoping for recognition in two categories; Health and Social Care and Social Influencer.

We're counting on your vote -
