I am so pleased to announce that Bright Copper Kettles is now a Community Interest Company. As a social enterprise, Bright Copper Kettles C.I.C. uses profits to support older people, including those with dementia, to become more involved in their local community.
Our first community project is already well underway and you may have seen the
Wellingborough & District Memory Walk advertised. It is a fantastic opportunity for us to share our passion with the town and I am so glad that Cllr. Jonathon Ekins asked me to work with him on this worthwhile project.
The Memory Walk takes place on Sunday 1 October 2017 and we are hoping that a wide range of people will join us to help raise dementia awareness as well as enjoy the places that hold many memories of our town.

Funding our projects is done through sales of our Membership Packs, which support our members with inspiration and information to provide activity opportunities for older people, as well as raising money to support our aims locally.
We hope to attract funds from other sources now that we are registered as a Community Interest Company as this will enable us to offer further services, advice and support for older people, including those with dementia.
We also sell related products on this website to raise further funding for future projects that fulfill our aims and we are actively looking to extend our range.
Your purchases help improve the lives of older people, including those with dementia.
