Norrms was diagnosed with dementia aged 44, and has done incredible work to raise awareness of what it's like to live with dementia. He has also done lots to help others directly.

Through the poems and stories in this book Norrms explores his own emotions and those of others enabling the reader to reflect upon their own thoughts and feelings about what dementia means to them and those they love.

It's a fascinating insight and one that anyone who is supporting someone with dementia should read.
