The past 18 months have been difficult for us all, myself included.
I took some time off at the beginning of the month and have made time for self-care each week since.
"You can not pour from an empty cup!"
And I have truly benefitted from taking these breaks from my desk.
Of course, my brain didn't switch off entirely, and I was actually able to think more clearly about how I wanted to serve those working in social care and, in particular, those working in care home activities.
